Coaching and Professional Development For North Dakota Educators
As a North Dakota educator, you have free access to LINCspring®! This dynamic online coaching and professional learning platform helps deepen your understanding of:
- Equity in professional learning and instructional support
- Personalized learning plans, customized by the teacher or leader, that can strengthen and rectify gaps
- Innovative instructional pedagogy that fosters engagement
Follow the directions below to get started!
For educators without a prior Cognia myJourney account
Option A: Work with administrator (Recommended)
- Contact your School Administrator who have access to directions to create a Cognia myJourney account for you (if you don’t already have one).
- Upon your administrator creating an account for you, you will receive an email from Cognia. Follow the directions to complete the process and create a LINCspring account.
Option B: On your own
- Complete the NDDPI LINCspring Teacher Onboarding Form. If assistance is needed, review the directions to complete the form.
- Upon Cognia creating your account (estimated 24-48 hours), you will receive an email confirming the creation of your myJourney account along with these directions to create your LINCspring account.
Option C: Work with Cognia
- Contact Cognia Client Care at LINCspringsupport@cognia.org or 1-866-239-0844 between the hours of 7am and 6pm Central Time.
If you send an email: Note that you are from a school in North Dakota and want to have a myJourney account for LINCspring. Provide first and last name, email address, district, school, position (Teacher, School Based Administrator, District Staff, Instructional Coach, Other-if Other provide your title).
If you call: Please be prepared to provide the Client Care Representative the following: first and last name, email address, district, school, position (Teacher, School Based Administrator, District Staff, Instructional Coach, Other-if Other provide your title).
- Upon Cognia creating your account (estimated 24-48 hours), you will receive an email confirming the creation of your myJourney account along with these directions to create your LINCspring account.
For educators with a prior Cognia myJourney account for eleot, Strategies, Surveys, or Workspace
- Follow these directions to create your LINCspring account.
